"Nicht weniger als das Paradies auf Erden" - so würde ich El Nido und das Bacuit Archipel auf Palawan beschreiben. Wenn Boracay die schönste Kleininsel der Philippinen ist, dann ist Palawan die schönste Großinsel. Zahlreiche Berichte, voller Lob und Begeisterung anderer Touristen, hatten mich auf Palawan neugierig gemacht. Und ich kann euch nun sagen - Ja, es ist alles wahr! Palawan ist genau so und sogar noch viel schöner!

'Not less than paradise on earth' - that's how I would describe El Nido and the Bacuit archipelago in Palawan. If Boracay is the Philippines' prettiest small island, than Palawan is its prettiest big island. Many stories full of praise and ecstasy from other tourists had made me curious about Palawan. And I can tell you now - Yes, it's all true! Palawan is exactly like that and even much better!

Ich bin mir sicher, dass die Inseln welche wir hier sahen, zur Honda Bay, nördlich der Provinzhauptstadt Puerto Princesa gehörten.

Die Hauptinsel Palawan ist 400 km lang und noch dicht mit Regenwald überzogen. Großes Abenteuerpotenzial!

Deutsch:
Landung in der Provinzhauptstadt Puerto Princesa. Wir kamen aus Boracay (Caticlan). Der Flug mit SeaAir hat ca. 1,5 Stunden gedauert. Eigentlich wollten wir zuerst von Boracay nach Coron. Aber diese Verbindung hatte man eingestellt.

We landed in Palawan's provinical capital Puerto Princesa. We flew in directly from Boracay (Caticlan). The flight with SeaAir took approx. 1.5 hours. Actually, we initially wanted to fly from Boracay to Coron but this airlink had been ceased indefinetly.
